Whilst there were three big steps for her to navigate she was supported with care by the staff, even moving the boat to make it easier. The seats were a bit high for her so they found a footrest. Easy to book and Justin was ready to meet us at the dock and gave us clear instructions how to operate the boat and reminded us the rules for traveling through the bridges etc. Having a roof was a massive bonus as 2 hours in the sun would have been tough that day.
