Everyone is Welcome at Melbourne Boat Hire

We take pride in offering a welcoming and inclusive experience for all of our customers, irrespective of their unique abilities. We encourage and welcome customers with a myriad of disabilities, covering but not limited to mobility, hearing, and vision impairments.

We acknowledge the importance of wheelchair accessibility. While our vessel design prevents us to provide full accessibility, we ensure to serve our patrons who use wheelchairs to the best of our abilities.
We are equipped to manage foldable wheelchairs, and our crew can assist passengers while boarding or disembarking. If a passenger can walk with aid, our staff are always ready to provide support to ensure they board the vessel safely.

We are not limited to wheelchair accessibility; we also cater to serving customers with other disabilities. While our crew may lack comprehensive training to effectively communicate with customers who are deaf or hard of hearing or with visual impairment, they are always ready and willing to assist caretakers or companions.

Should you have any queries or concerns regarding our accessibility provisions, we encourage you to reach out to us. We’re always available to assist in any way possible.
