Melbourne Boat Hire wins top Tourism Award

Melbourne Boat Hire has won the Tour and Transport operator 2021 Tourism Award for its outstanding customer service, high standards of safety and professionalism.

Victoria Tourism gives the award to recognise Victorian companies that go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer experiences.

The award was for its industry-leading service, commitment and innovation in developing tourist experiences for visitors to Victoria. The award was presented by the Victorian Tourism Industry Council (VTIC) at the annual VTIC Awards.

Melbourne Boat Hire operates from Docklands on the Yarra River. The company offers a variety of boat hire services, including private charters and party boat hire for corporate events and social gatherings.

The judges praised Melbourne Boat Hire for its excellent customer service, “clear communication”, and “trusted” relationships with clients. They said it was an “easy choice” to award them the prize because they constantly deliver exceptional experiences to guests.
